Overview
The IT Business Partner acts as the strategic interface between IT and the business, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role ensures business needs are understood, prioritized, and effectively delivered through collaboration with Product Owners. The IT Business Partner is accountable for the satisfaction of business leaders within the Products Group and plays a critical role in shaping IT strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Strategic Alignment
... Collaborate closely with business leaders to align on strategic priorities, initiatives, and IT roadmaps.
Ensure the successful delivery of IT services and solutions within the Products Group.
Oversee IT performance metrics and facilitate transparency across departments.
Drive the annual IT strategic planning and roadmap processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive stakeholder engagement.
Business Impact & Value Delivery
Enhance the interaction between business functions and IT/Data teams, focusing on improved efficiency and delivery quality.
Act as a trusted advisor to business units, ensuring IT initiatives contribute to business success.
Process & Project Management
Oversee technology-related processes and products such as B2B platforms, e-commerce, master data management, and revenue growth management (RGM) tools.
Ensure cross-functional coordination and timely project execution.
Leadership & Organizational Management
Lead and develop a team of 4 IT professionals.
Collaborate with various departments and Product Owners to coordinate IT strategies across multiple business areas.
Manage the IT department's annual budget and forecasts.
Qualifications & Competencies
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the technology industry or related fields, preferably in multinational companies.
Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in customer-facing or business partnership roles.
Leadership: Strong managerial skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Education: Technical degree in IT or related field (preferred).
Languages: Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship management abilities.
